Great store - variety of kit and clothing for hiking. My only wish is for Go Outdoors to stock Lowa (womens) hiking footwear. Surprised to find out there is a parking time limit for customers - Hoping the store supervisor is able to liaise with the parking company on my behalf, having needed to do a lot of browsing for upcoming mountain hikes, and having a member of my family with me who has a disability and requires additional time. Thank you to Saskia and the other ladies for your assistance in the women's clothing area.

The sale assistant Meena was really helpful and friendly. She made the experience a pleasant one, on top of the fact that Go Outdoors is an excellent place to purchase a variety of products for D of E expeditions, camping trips, hiking and much more.

Visited go outdoors Loughborough today. I was shopping for fishing tackle and was served by a very nice chap called Bradley. He was very friendly/polite and sorted me with everything I required. A great addition to your team 👍👌

Bradley was a great help with the Fishing equipment. With so much various fishing equipment on display he helped me choose the right equipment to kit my Son with fishing rods, reels and tackle to get him started. Plenty to choose from in the store so he was a great help and very knowledgeable.

Walked in with a small fault on my bike. Dale repaired it there and then. Took him 5 minutes, nice guy who gave some advise too. Brilliant service

Called in store today having signed up to Go outdoors text system to receive a 10% discount. Spoke to Josh to clarify if discount would be available on product. He was most helpful, and confirmed it would be. A pleasure to visit the Loughborough branch and Josh is a credit to the staff there. Pete B.

Queued at checkout 10 minutes to collect order and the woman said "oh you need to gondown there ".....OK where is your signage then?

Got to collection and they had no information,.showed my order and couldn't find it....then only found 1 then she disappeared and someone else came.....finally got both pairs of shoes and then the membership card missing.....another 15 minutes then its "oh you need to go up there "......why!!!..... I've been here.40 minutes alreasy and still can't get my collection..... went back up to casier and then no idea so had.to have another card amd this all took over an hr to pick up a simple collection to which ypu didn't even email me to say was ready.... I only came as I phoned up after 9 days and then the woman at the store said " oh its been ready for days " oh so wheres my email?

Great Service from Meena at the tills. Helped me renew my membership even with a forgotten card. Also recommended adding my card to my Google wallet which I didn't know I could do!

Josh was extremely friendly and helpful after going in for a snapped pole. Ended up with our whole camping setup and couldn't be happier. Alana on tills was also super friendly and chatty! All round great experience! Thanks :)

Went into to go Outdoors Loughborough today with the daunting task of knowing I needed to get some hiking boots as I’m doing some walks over the summer.
I had no clue what boots to get, however Matt one of the employees came over to help me and wow, he was knowledgeable!
He picked out a few pairs that he thought would be suitable for the kind of conditions I’ll be walking in, And then I could compare against. His way of explaining the technical aspects of each boot was fantastic and I was able to pick out some North Ridge leather walking boots, that I’m really chuffed with!
Would like to thank Matt for his wealth of experience and the ability to help me get the right boots would definitely come in again.
