Called in today for some boots specifically with heel arch support and was given lots of help and advice on which would be good for me, I was extremely happy with the boots I purchased and extremely happy with the level of customer service I received while choosing them and from Steve at the checkout, thanks

Me and my girlfriend came in today to shop for essentials for Creamfields this week! Ethan was absolutely amazing showed us what we do and don’t need, went out of his way to show us certain products and his knowledge on things was top tier! Also get yourself a member’s card as we saved £88! Highly recommend.

Staff very helpful and had very good knowledge of their stock. I came out with more than I went in for!

The GO Outdoors in Macc never fails to disappoint. Today I bought two pairs of walking shoes. Aaron provided helpful advice and most importantly the correctly sized footwear. Saved £36 with my GO discount card. Happy days!

I was helped by Aaron, who helped me make sense of the rucksack options and spent a long time with me to work out which was the best for my needs. He was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service I will definitely visit again.

Visited the Macclesfield store needing an urgent item.
I was served by a very friendly and efficient person.
My item was not in store but the employee ordered one for me to collect.
I received texts and emails giving up to date information on the progress of my order and duly collected it a couple of days later.

Sif gave me all the info I required, good knowledge of products. Nothing was too much trouble, found exactly what was required. A great experience.

I needed advice about walking boots and tarsal tunnel problems with my feet. Asked Steve for help and he thoughtfully matched my feet to a good option in boots to help me.

I’d gone into GoOutdoors to buy some new boots and trousers, and Anders was absolutely fantastic. He had brilliant product knowledge and gave genuinely helpful advice without any pressure. What really stood out was how personal and authentic he was — he shared something from his own experience that made the whole interaction feel real and meaningful. Looking for new wraparound sunglasses for cycling to replace a very old pair. For a small store they stock a very wide range of styles as well as several makes, and all were on special offer during our visit! The staff were helpful in advising best choices for my needs, and were happy to remove the security tag over the nose support, so that I could get a better feel for fit on my chosen pair before committing. They signed us up as members in order to get the best deal - all very quick and easy.

Staff willing to look for items I was unable to find.
Unfortunately it wasn't in stock.
