Helpfull staff.

I purchased my order on line. I found the website hard to use as it kept charging full price for the garment and not recognising my membership number I have been a member for a couple of years now. In the end up I spoke to the staff team I Macclesfield and explained what had happened. They immediately sorted it out and arranged for a refund to the amount I would have expected to pay using my membership card. The staff were very helpful. As a regular shopper there They are always helpful professional and courteous at all times. A great service .

Really helpful staff
Amy and Chloe were really helpful today. They talked me through the pros and cons of all the options and were informative, but not pushy, and really knew what they were talking about. Customer service from the friendly staff in the Macclesfield branch is always really good.

Outstanding service from Chloe. See went out of her way to find us boots. We were made to feel very welcome including our two dogs who were treated to free biccies. Chloe even put a few extra in our bag. Probably the nicest experience we’ve had in any shop for some time. Thank you
