Outstanding service from Chloe. See went out of her way to find us boots. We were made to feel very welcome including our two dogs who were treated to free biccies. Chloe even put a few extra in our bag. Probably the nicest experience we’ve had in any shop for some time. Thank you

Friendly helpful staff without being pushy.

I was having problems with the website so called the Macclesfield express branch to ask if they had some wellingtons in stock. They guy who answered the phone was very helpful and confirmed they had a size 10 in stock of the ones I wanted. I asked if he could put them aside for me and I would go in and purchase later that day. No problem he said. Very good service. When I went into store he remembered the call and promptly went to get them. Very polite. His name was Sif. Would recommend this store

SIF and ANDERS were very attentive, listened to what I was looking for and responded positively. I felt they gave me good honest advice. The store had a large rango of footwear. A great experience

Ethan was extremely friendly and helped me to choose the best type of walking boots for me. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain the different types of soles and features.

Went to buy a small rucksack for day hikes. Excellent advice from SIF who showed me several options and explained the pros and cons of options at various price points. No pressure to buy the most expensive option. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be back to buy new walking shoes soon!

We found a rucksack. Very high design content but equally high skill to adjust correctly to a perfect fit. Anders showed interest without being untrusive and provided technical support to get a perfect fit of the rucksack ...no hard sell just great assistance. I now have exactly the rucksack I need.

Was looking for some walking shoes and Ethan was extremely helpful in finding right size and colour even though it meant several trips to storeroom.

I was asked if I needed any help and when I responded that I wanted to try some jackets on, Ethan came over and offered help where needed, pointed out the mirror and gave advice regarding inner fleeces. The great thing was that he wasn't too pushy and gave me plenty of space to make up my own mind. He was very patient. Thanks, Ethan.
