Great staff
I came in with a pretty convoluted request involving two vouchers and a bike. Simon was awesome. Super knowledgable bike guy who took the time to get all the equipment set up before I arrived at the store, and then talked me through everything there. Fantastic service from him. Same with Craig and Lina on the tills, who handled the overload of admin tasks I brought them very patiently!

i did click and collect
i did click and collect, i checked to see if the store had it in stock which it said there was 2 in stock. So i when to store (10miles away) and they said they didn’t have any !!!!!! and mine was coming from the warehouse. . The only point i’m making is click and collect from a store that says it has stock doesn’t work ( SORT YOUR TECHNOLOGY OUT)
