Buying walking boots
Went in to buy some walking boots and both Iram and Nathan, helped me choose the right pair. Both were very polite and knowledgeable about all the products. A credit to the store.

Good Trainers for smelly grippers
I went into the Arndale store today to pickup a new pair of trainers due to me focusing on my health at the gym and getting some blisters due to cheapo Amazon trainers.
I was assisted by the kind and caring Nathan who took the time to address what I needed and didn't rush me when I was explaining why I needed what I did. I also did the scan in the store which was something I didn't even know existed but gave me interesting info about my grippers!
Highly suggest this store. Ask for Nathan, he is a legend.

I visited the store to buy a pair of…
I visited the store to buy a pair of Craghoppers shorts and noticed they were priced higher than on the Craghoppers website. While trying on a few different pairs, I was assisted by Samantha. After I mentioned the price difference, she explained the store’s price-match policy, which meant I was able to purchase the shorts at the matched price.
Samantha was extremely helpful throughout my visit and had a great knowledge of the products available in store. Her friendly service made my visit to the store a very positive one.

How can both items be available to buy…
How can both items be available to buy but then one is suddenly unavailable on the day of pick up. Conveniently the more expensive item was still available.

Womenswear a plenty
Sophie (from footwear) was super helpful and friendly. She gave great advice on the hiking sandals and totally sold us on the Teva’s!
There was also a really good selection of womenswear in store.

Great Arndale team!
On entering the Arndale store, clueless as to weather or not I could use my discount card and having little or no knowledge about walking shoes, Callum, was more than happy to help me find the right pair. Nothing was too much trouble. He helped with my membership also. I ended up buying an extra pair of shoes for my daughter and 2 bags. His knowledge of products was impressive. The whole team were a credit to the store. Will be visiting again soon as My husband needs boots!! Many thanks.
