Excellent customer service.
I called in looking for a pair of waterproof and breathable overtrousers. Laibba served me, taking lots of time to show me everything in stock that was suitable. She described the qualities of each product and left me to browse and then try three pairs on.
I could not have asked for a more polite, friendly and enthusiastic member of staff. I am more than happy with my Craghoppers Ascent II overtrousers.

Alfie & Charlie W were both really helpful and friendly. As beginners, we weren’t totally sure what we needed, but they gave us great recommendations and made everything feel a lot less overwhelming.
