Laibba was very helpful when i was looking around the shop for a new jacket and other items. She was friendly and understanding. Excellent!

The 3 star rating relates totally to the quality of the shoes I bought. Go Outdoors is certainly not somewhere you would go because of the Customer service which seems to be an alien concept to the staff who “served” me.

I visited the Arndale store because they have a great footwear selection. I had seen a pair of trainers on the website out of stock. When I was in the store I was in the store I was supported by Jane. The shoes were no longer on display as in clearance but she reached out to different colleagues and between them I was lucky enough to get a pair in the size needed. This was such a positive visit with an excellent customer experience. Thank you Jane and the Arndale team x

Charlie at Go Outdoors was very happy to help with purchasing a Tilley hat and a running top. He gave us all the relevant information to make right choices for the two items and the best price. Charlie was friendly and chatty which made the shopping experience all the more enjoyable. I would shop again at the Manchester Arndale store.

I went to go outdoors to look for a rab coat. I wasn’t sure which was the best option for me so I asked a young girl who works there, called Cleo. Cleo went above and beyond for me, explaining the different types of rab coats, and was extremely polite and helpful. My rab coat is perfect for what I need. Thank you Cleo!

Samantha on the coats dept was excellent but the staff on shoes were hopeless. Took ages to get someone to serve me and they didn’t know the products. I went in for a pair of walking shoes and came out without buying any.

The young girl who served me opened the shoe box, & broke a nail & swore(which I totally understand) but no apology to me & then rudely told a young lad to finish the job of serving me.

Found what I needed quickly, with help from Charlie W & Alfie, both of whom were very friendly, kind, and professional. Will absolutely be back thanks to the excellent service from the staff.

We were looking for a particular type of jacket and Cleo, in the Manchester Arndale centre,was extremely helpful! Also, the other staff George and Aimee were very polite and helpful. We would definitely shop there again!

Excellent help and service from Abbie who knows her stock and located the items I was looking for swiftly and without fuss. This was at the end of a shopping trip in Manchester for said items. I had been unaware that there was a branch of Go Outdoors at The Arndale and didn't fancy going to Cheadle so this excellent service was a real bonus.

I was served today by Charlie W, so far we’re being treated nicely, he was so helpful and friendly.. i got my ‘target’ stuff after couple days searched.. thank you

Came in looking for a lightweight waterproof coat. By chance we spoke to Samantha and she was so helpful. She showed me the various coats in various price ranges, explained the technical benefits of each coat. Kept coming over and asking how things were going and if there was anything else she could do. She took a few items we were buying over to the counter so we didn’t have to cart them around the store whilst still browsing. What a credit to the Arndale store.
