One happy customer
I had been looking for a rain jacket and had decided to check out Go Outdoors to see what options they have and I left a very happy customer. One reason is because they had an amazing selection of stock in their store, and the other is that the staff were super friendly and helpful - shout out to Jane who was especially kind to go out of her way to give me instructions to find my way back out of the Arndale shopping centre (first time tourist).
I’d happily come back to Go Outdoors the next time I’m in Manchester

Very satisfactory experience at the Arndale.
Our salesperson Sadiya was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and alerted us to the best product for our needs. She also explained about discounts and how to look after the shoes. At the till, Jane was very helpful and friendly again giving advice about product care and discounts.
