Alex was brilliant
Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Alex was attentive and made sure my purchases were fit for purpose. The only issue with the store experience was the lack of staff. Alex often apologised as the store was reasonably busy and he was serving other customers whist serving me. Although the service was brilliant I wondered how many customers walked out that morning.

Top customer service!!
I visited meadowhall go outdoors store today and was served by Ellie. She was extremely helpful. I had a list of items and she happily reached the products that I couldn't get from the top pegs!
She double checked that I had all of the products in the current offer so that I wasn't missing out and signed me up for the membership which resulted in me saving on my purchase!!

Went in looking for a new waterproof jacket. Lisa and Kasper who were on shift were very helpful, went out of their way to check stock that wasn't displayed, ended up getting what I wanted and a new fleece for cheaper than what I was expecting to pay.
