Shop Assistant Rhys was very helpful.

Called in this morning wanting new walking shoes, served by Sheila who was most helpful in helping me get the right shoes for the job, the lady at the till was also very pleasant and helpful.

Purchased a pair of walking shorts & we found Sheila very helpful & friendly, sorting sizes out for us. We were served at the till by Lisa who helped us with a go outdoors discount card. Would recommend this store.

Went in today to buy shorts for my wife. We were served by Kasper who was so helpful & extremely patient. He also told us about joining the club to receive discounts. The wife was quite quickly sorted & I decided to look for a pair of shorts. Tried a pair that were too small so continued to look for a bigger size. ( all the time Kasper was with me chatting) Finally found a pair that fitted & we were soon on our way Excellent service from a smashing helpful young man.

Scott processed a return very efficiently and then helped me to find some other items which I bought. A very friendly and helpful assistant.

Really helpful, informed staff member - Alex - listened to what we were looking for, gave us options and highlighted benefits and drawbacks of each. No pressure to go a certain way. He just asked questions and offered his thoughts.

The customer service was outstanding! Staff member Charlie was extremely helpful, super friendly and he really knew the products. He went out of his was to help in anyway that he could and made my shopping experience at the store one to remember. I ended up purchasing a great pair or Magnum work boots and some work trousers during my visit. Both are great quality products and I am super happy with my purchases. Despite being over the moon at finding the products I was looking for, the stand out part of my visit to the store was staff member Charlie. He gives top notch customer service and is an asset to your store and the company as a whole. Thankyou Charlie and thankyou GO outdoors.

We went to get kit for Duke of Edinburgh for my 14 y old son. We had a lot of help and genuine practical advice from a young man I didn’t get his name but thank you he helped trying rucksack and using the weights, much appreciated . No oversell which was also appreciated. We were served by Lisa who was also very friendly and helpful and patiently guided us through registering and accessing the discounts we were entitled to . Small shop - it is an express but range good considering that and lots of helpful advice from both assistants . We are happy with all the kit too. Will be using GO again and the first camp went well! thanks

Shop did not have the specific size I needed but offered to sort out a free delivery to my house while I was in store - Lisa on the tills was friendly and helpful :)

Jake was really helpful when I needed to find alternative styles of walking shoes and was happy to keep bringing out the correct size. He always had a smile and seemed happy in his role. Overall, great experience.
