Went to get a bigger tent, staff were super helpful and easy to talk to. Answered all our questions and helped with extra bits. Definitely looking forward to the next trip.

My wife went to shop for hiking shoes. She purchased a different pair of shoes than she had intended to buy. And it's all because of Ellie's suggestion that for the type of trekking my wife was planned, you need additional ankle support. She was really helpful, and she helped to find just the right shoes. Left very happy with good value shoes.

So Sam was brilliant! He helped me finding the right size shoes, gave advice on hiking and we had a chat about the shoes fitting , style and etc. Looks he really know what he is doing.I didn't felt rush or inconvenient. Such a brilliant customer service!

Just bought a Rab tee shirt from Meadowhall store. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I was served by Lisa today who was great in helping me work out the correct size for the birthday gift. Always a pleasure to visit this store.
