The assistant Lisa
The assistant - Lisa - served my wife who wanted a pair of walking boots.
My wife has recently had a stroke and perhaps is not able to make quick decisions. Lisa was very patient and helpful and my wife and I were very happy with Lisa's patience and care.
We came away with a comfortable and very likable pair of boots!

Well organised shop
Very thoughtfully arranged items even though this store is smaller than the one I visit in North Yorkshire. We did not have the membership card. Lisa was helpful with sorting out the details. Thank you. Will definitely visit when I am in Meadow hall again.

Good range of products at reasonable prices...
Found a good range of products at reasonable prices. Picked up a hat, fleece and 2 rucksacks for our Madeira trip. Lisa, who served me, was very friendly and showed an interest in my holiday. Great store will definitely return.

I visited the Meadowhall shop
I visited the Meadowhall shop, a nicely laid out shop with a variation of products. I asked someone for help who I assumed was the manager, I asked if I could try on a full backpack so I could get an idea of how it would feel when full but obviously not weighted, the assistant seemed off about this and it seemed that it was too much trouble to get me one down to try on. The other shop assistant was lovely and helped me by explaining how the rucksack worked from unzipping the extra smaller rucksack.
The attitude of the manager would put me off visiting again.

Needed to replace an insulated hat I'd purchased and then lost. Great service from Lisa, who helped me join the membership scheme to reduce the price and gave me another discount voucher to use. Explained everything really well.

I visited the Meadowhall branch today and the staff there were brilliant! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Lisa even helped me choose the right socks!
