Fantastic service from Sarah. I spoke with her on the phone regarding a roof tent ans she had it sorted for me within a few hrs. Took the drove to Milton Keynes store and my product was ready on a trolley for me. Big thank k you to Sarah for helping ne on this one.

The lad who served us, Rome, was polite and efficient

We called the store on Sunday 9th August and spoke with Sean the manager about buying a tent as we have never camped before. He was very helpful and advised us to ask for Molly and Arron when we came in on Monday 10th.
Both Molly & Arron were brilliant, extremely helpful and friendly as we know nothing about camping.
We purchased a tent & other bits, carpet, foot print, kettle etc and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our camping gear.
We camped this week and had a fab time and all our kit worked perfectly.
Also Lynn on the till was very friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to visit the Milton Keynes store and we will be back next week for some other camping gear that we now feel we need.

Lynn was a great assistant in Milton Keynes branch, very friendly professional and a great sense of humour, not seen that in store for a very long time or from anywhere else for that matter, world is such a cold and sad place at the moment, Lynn is a great asset to any company hold on to her, brighten up our day, won our custom for future purchases 😁

Went down to my local shop in Milton Keynes for a pump for my air tent. Had really good information about which ones I could use successfully. Very happy bunny.

Amanda was very helpful. Although the choice of ladies sandals in my size was limited, Amanda brought out all the ones she could find in my size. We had a discussion about a brand I had never heard of before. Came away with 3 pairs!

I went in to buy a board game for my next camping trip and Lynn was very helpful in guiding me with the membership and student discount at the till

Ordered it on a Monday, 3 - 5 working day delivery, didn't get there on Friday so I rang Customer Service on the 31st of July at approximately 5:30pm. They advised there might be a delay until Tuesday, as the packages were still in transit.

I then check Shopify today (3rd of August), and the items show as ready to pick up. I call Customer Service to check, and the nice individual on the phone tells me they've been ready to pick up since Friday. Was the first advisor lying or couldn't be bothered to check or? Not great service throughout all of this.

I didn’t receive any confirmation email showing it was ready for pick up. I received absolutely nothing. Had I not checked Shopify, I'd not be aware at all.

My first visit and very impressed with store layout and very comprehensive camping equipment availability on site and to finish off excellent service at checkout by Lynn who who was most helpful and gave us a big smile,

Very helpful member of staff on the till. Lynn helped me renew membership to get the member prices. However, Lynn did make by a Mars bar that had "accidently" ended up in my basket. ;))

Lynn has always been very helpful when I've been buying my equestrian products from the Milton Keynes store.
