I have been to the store twice now and have found the staff to be very helpful in answering our questions, if they where not sure,they found the answer for us, Callum was very helpful today in everything we asked of him, from small items for tents to answering all our questions on a roof tent to the point we will be buying one on our next visit in a week or so.

Great experience at GO Outdoors. I’ve had my eye on a roof tent for quite a while and wanted to see one in person before making a decision. Callum was really helpful and took the time to show us the model we were most interested in, explaining the features and answering all our questions.

He demonstrated how the tent is put up and packed away, making the whole process look much simpler than I expected. It was great to see it set up properly and get some practical advice from someone who knew the product well.

Callum was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. Thanks again for all your help, it’s definitely made me feel more confident about choosing a roof tent.

I wanted to update my previous review as I feel it’s important to share the full experience. I had initially been disappointed as my order didn’t appear to have been processed and I hadn’t received any communication, which was frustrating.
However, when I went into the store, the store manager and other staff were incredibly helpful, understanding, and apologetic. They took the time to look into the issue, help me personally, and went above and beyond by offering a discount.
I really appreciated the effort and the excellent customer service I received in store. Thank you for turning a disappointing situation into a positive experience.

Hannah was very patient and helpful to both me and my husband when looking for walking boots. She was polite and had a good knowledge of the products and couldn't have been more helpful.

The assistants in the store were all very helpful. Hannah, who helped us with the purchase of a pair of sandals was very friendly and offered useful advice. It made for a very pleasant experience.

Flyn was very helpful with setting up a membership card

Nathan on the till was very helpful. Being able to try out the sleeping bags is great.

Lovely sales assistant, reminded me about my blue light card to enable us to get a discount, asked about items purchased, very friendly

Welcomed by staff as I entered store. Inquired about location in store of the climbing gear - staff were very helpful. Located items I needed, all in stock. Check out smooth and pleasant. I was asked if I’m a member (I am) - Pleased I was asked as I do forget! Great customer service.

Hannah was really knowledgable when helping me buy hiking boots. She paid attention to what I normally wear and clearly wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive pair on the shelf, but the best pair for my needs.

We were served by Cam on 2 separate occasions. He was super helpful, polite and patient with us with all the questions we threw at him, great lad and a credit to the store

I went into the shop on Sunday and needed a medium size Coleman shelter (easy pop up) As I couldn't find one only Large sizes, I asked a member of staff and he went to look for me. He was extremely helpful and polite and when there was no Medium size to be found anywhere in store, I asked for the display Medium one and he was only too happy to take it down off display so I could buy it. Really happy. Unfortunately I have misplaced the slip so I can't remember his name or the female that also helped us...it was upstairs in store, his name might be "Keen" or something similar? He was working the fishing section and the girl was at the till upstairs on Sunday. Thanks for everything

I found that the staff were extremely honest, experienced and friendly. Hannah and Kelly were amazing at giving us advice and assistance on the items I was looking at.

We came into the store twice to look for the camping equipment we needed, Barry was available both times and helped us with everything we needed.
He was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. He took the time with us to make sure we had the right items for what we needed and we never felt rushed. Very appreciative of his help.
Emily was also very professional and helpful and offered great customer service. Lovely to meet people so friendly.
