Everything Took longer than it needed to.
Firstly Online purchases failed, went in store for help, but they tried and were unable to get my account and the website to work. Had to contact customer services to sort out swapping my email over to a new system. Didn’t receive an email stating my click and collect had arrived in store. Had to ring and enquire. Then the in-store electronics were not working, hence quite a delayed whilst waiting to take the package away.

outstanding customer service
First, I would like to thank Maria for her outstanding customer service. She did not hurry us or point us to one product; she gave helpful advance on boot fitments and even after all these years showed us several different ways to tie boots, we had not seen prior!! Such service nowadays is rare. Happy with products and the store as always was spotless and well laid out.

Never sent updates on items
I phoned up and never got told where my order was .Never got an email to say my order was ready to collect has to ring again then only to be told that I can't have my membership card by a man at the tills
