I needed some trail shoes, went to GO Penrith.
Tony there was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. I cam away with some great shoes at a good price!

Michelle gave great customer service. I came in looking for new walking boots and she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. In the end we had to go through multiple pairs and at no point did I think she was not giving me her full attention. In the end we found a great pair of boots that I think I'm going to be very satisfied with. Very good customer service. Very good product knowledge. Excellent employee.

Went into Go Outdoors today to buy some new walking shoes. I was attended by Michelle who was very pleasant and very helpful. She was very attentive, without being overbearing. She always had a smile.

Had a fabulous experience with Jake who helped and advised us on the right tent for us. We had gone camping and stupidly left our tent poles at home. Option 1. Go home and get them. About a 4 hour round trip or option 2 , purchase a new tent. We were only away for the weekend so we didn’t want to waste time travelling. Plus cars were full and we had hungry children and excitable dogs and two cars and to cap it off, it was now raining. So option 2 . We wanted as cheap and cheerful as possible and that’s where Jake came in. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer, sympathetic and understanding young man. And one of the children with us was called JAKE. what a lovely omen. Well done and thank you Jake.

An absolutely 1st class service provided by Michelle in the footware department. Expert advice, not pushy at all, and nothing was too much trouble. Clearly, the management provide excellent direction as nothing was left out at all.
