Excellent knowledge and advice. Thanks to Tony for helping me with footwear.

We visited the store today to pick some things for our daughters upcoming Duke of Edinburgh expedition, Tony was extremely helpful in helping us to fine the right walking boots. He is a credit to the store and should be commended.

We were served yesterday by Michelle who was friendly and very knowledgeable about walking shoes, top marks to her!

I was served by Michelle who was so knowledgeable about the footwear cleaning products and she advised me accordingly and even showed me a multi pack which turned out to be cheaper.

Please can you thank her for her help as I had been in the sea the same day and with those products they brought my boots back to looking brand new.

I was also helped by staff by the changing room. I always find the staff very helpful at this branch.

We were served in the shoe department by Michelle today. It has been a very long time since we have had service as good as the service Michelle gave us.

Ben and Michelle in women’s footwear were brilliant helping my daughter buy some new boots.

We were served by Michelle during the Easter holidays, who made the experience with 2 kids after a long drive as stress free as possible. She was patient and very knowledgeable about walking boots for my son and advised on the fit. It was the last hour before the store closed but staff appeared relaxed and did not rush us. All were polite. It was my first experience at go outdoors and I was very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

Michelle was the colleague who assisted us today , we found her to be very friendly , very informative and very knowledgeable, more than helpful and went above and beyond , highly recommend

The store is vast, great selection and also has WiFi!

Michelle the lady in the shoe department was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Great member of staff she fussed my dog Winnie and even brought her some biscuits as there weren't any left when entering the store. An excellent service all round, thanks Michelle keep up the great work.

Served by Tony. Not at all pushy, held back while I viewed the boots section until it looked like I needed help then offered very good advise. Guided me to a very nice pair of walking boots
