Laura at the Peterborough branch was very helpful with helping me choose the right equipment for my first Ben Nevis hike, and her knowledge was second to none making sure I picked the right jacket size and footwear for the hike, even making sure I walked round a bit for the right size and comfort! 😃
Julia at the till was all smiles and positive attitude, even though it was 30+ degrees on a Saturday, so I will be sure to pop into the branch again for my next hike 🏕️

I went into the Peterborough Branch…
I went into the Peterborough Branch today to buy a pair of walking shoes. I was served by a lovely lady called Sue Gordon. She was very helpful. I think I tried on at least 6 different pairs of shoes., she had to keep going into the stock room to get the other shoe that wasn’t on display. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there again or recommend a Friends to shop there. 10/10 for her service and help and advise she have me.

Sue Gordon - assistant, was super helpful when selecting outdoor footwear. She was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
