Called to collect an on-line order which was quick and easy and also picked up some bargain woollen hats for relatives for Christmas presents so a very successful visit. At the checkout we were served by Beth who was cheerful and very quick to serve. She was a pleasure to meet and a credit to the company.

We bought walking boots from the Plymouth store and have been very pleased. The store was busy but the attention and help we were given was first rate. They were knowledgeable and gave great guidance.

Suzzanne shop assistant was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond in helping us get the right coat for our needs. I remembered her from a previous visit again very helpful. I visited your store yesterday (sunday),looking for a specific clothing item, and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Suzzanne.
Not only did she track down what i was looking for, but she went above and beyond by giving me her honest fashion opinion. It was so refreshing to get genuine, sincere advice, rather than just a sales pitch. Her great eye for style and helpful attitude made my shopping experience completely enjoyable.
I walked out incredibly happy with my purchases.

Went to store today to purchase items for a coastal walk with a few wild camping nights whilst on the way. Was helped out by a customer assistant named Steph who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products I enquired about and made the entire process very easy.

Steph was amazing. I explained I'd done a click and collect but when I got to store the item couldn't be found. The store couldn't cancel it because I had only done it that hour and it wasn't on the system yet. I was given the customer service number and spoke to someone who put me on hold for over 17 mins. I then managed to find exactly the same sleeping bag I had ordered but now without the 10% discount I had received online. Steph was very apologetic even though it was not her fault and reinstated the 10% discount with a bit extra. It felt very good to have my frustrations acknowledged and listened to. Thank you.

I knew what I wanted but hadn't looked online as the staff are very knowlagable, I spoke to a gentlman at the boots dept and asked if they had any peter storm waterproof shoes with velcrow for my special needs son. Which they dud and in the right size. Then asked about my boots, being a man with size 6 feet I can get the ladies fit, as the last pair of boots had lasted 2 years I got roughly the same pair just a bit different in colour, went to pay ans Steph told me my card had expired and do I want to renew it. Which i did. Very helpful and pleased with what i got all within 15minutes of walking in the shop.

Great service from Sarah and Teesh today. They managed to resolve my online query regarding my membership card. The email assigned to the card has never existed. Thanks for sorting it out

Visit to the store today as needed to replace my Gortex shoes as mine had worn out! The young lad on the shoe section was very knowledgeable and helped explain why my feet were always dry with the Merrells, if not I’d have made the wrong purchase. No pressure to buy either just very helpful, at the till the staff again very polite and helpful with the price promise, they are definitely the best place for any outdoor purchases and it was a pleasure to shop there. Thank you for your help and well done team 😍 you’re all a credit to the company!

As I tried on a coat an unnamed member of staff made sure I was happy and needed no help 👍Then Saffron in the shoe department was attentive to serving several customers including me and efficient and cheerful 👍Steph on the till was polite and efficient checking my shoes were all correct in sizes👍So in all it was agreat shopping experience for me thank you all😀👏👏

Plenty of free parking. The store itself was very clean, well lit with plenty of room between different products to browse in comfort.
Main purpose of visit was to buy some sturdy walking shoes at the cheaper price end to use in the garden as I find them more comfortable.
I was served by Camille who was extremely helpful & friendly & a great ambassador for Go Outdoors. Having tried 2 different sizes on she ensured I was happy with the ones I had chosen.
