I went into the store and was served for a pair of shoes by Jake. He was very understanding of what i wanted and needed out of a shoe. I left with his excellent recommendation. The till staff are very polite and efficient too. Great store!

Fantastic service, everyone is always so helpful and I always leave with what I need. Xavies and Dave helped me out with getting ready for a weeks fishing at a lake. My go too shop now for fishing and camping gear. Cheers guys

It was a very enjoyable experience probably best described as having a personal shopper. I bought footwear from Merrell, Peter Storm and a Berghaus jacket.

I do think it is time the nonsense £5 membership card was scrapped though.

A good visit with excellent service from Haleema. I was wanting walking shoes/boots for an upcoming event. It was very disappointing to find a number of shoes on display were not in stock in my size (9) which sounded quite common from overhearing other conversations. Haleema did find some suitable shoes eventually and made sure they were fitted correctly. Other staff were very helpful and pleasant and would recommend the shop as we use it quite often. We’re quite local, so suggest phoning to check stock if you’re travelling distance.

Everyone was Very helpful in the tent shopping department especially when we couldn't find what we wanted QUINN managed to find an alternative, solution and help us out. At the tills KIM was very kind and pleasant to deal with and made sure we got everything that we needed. I will definitely be back for more bits though!

How refreshing to visit a 'large store' and be treated so well. The staff at Go Outdoors (Rebecca and Ben) couldn't have been any more polite, knowledgeable and courteous.

I had to return to Go Outdoors as I'd lost my receipt. The staff were extremely helpful, and even though they were clearly busy they took the time to search through the previous day's transactions to locate my receipt. A special mention to Viktor on the till, who, whilst under pressure with a long line forming, remained courteous and professional and kept a smile on his face. A credit to the company.

Peter at Poole store was really helpful and informative when I was shopping for walking shoes.

Haleema helped me with trying on and choosing a suitable pair of walking boots. She was very informative and gave good recommendations, all the while battling it out with hayfever. 😂 Very happy and appreciative of the support

I've been buying car roof bars and stuff was very helpful and friendly and having member card makes price reasonable.

We purchased the membership card & went to the Poole store only to find there was no stock of the Thetford toilet we wanted, although there had been the week before. We had to pay £1.50 to park to visit the store on 2 occasions.
Now we are going to buy it online elsewhere unfortunately, as we don’t want to have to drive for 30 minutes & pay fuel & parking again as staff could not tell us when more stock would be in store.
