Kim, Pete and Ellie are the golden standard of retail staff and have been ever so helpful on every occasion I have interacted with them at the Poole location. Kim and Ellie in particular were both humorous and kind processing a transaction that I was making a little tricky with an online price-match. Pete is a bastion of fishing knowledge and an incredible asset to the store. All deserve the best. Thanks again and see you all soon!

I was close to leaving without making a purchase when Haleema approached me and kindly asked if I need help. From that moment on, she made a huge difference. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She suggested to try a thicker socks to better adjust the shoe size. This made all the difference, and thanks to her advice, I was able to find a nice pair of Mammut walking shoes that fit perfectly. Her patience, warmth, and expertise completely turned my experience around. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would like to thank her for going above and beyond.

Went out to buy a Cadac 2 cook 3 pro deluxe but wasn't 100% sure what I needed for gas connectors etc.

One of the Poole members of staff 'Quinn' (top bloke) helped me out, discussed my needs and advised me accordingly, no pressure just genuine honest considerations, once I was sorted we then discussed solo camping which I also enjoy, again he took the time to show me some kit that may make my wild camps a little more lighter but a bit more comfortable.

If you're in Poole and need assistance, ask for Quinn he'll sort you out with no sales talk or pressure, just genuine knowledge.

I went to buy a pair of waterproof walking shoes, as EVERY pair I've bought over the past few years have leaked. I had a pair in mind, and thankfully Peter was on the shop floor and was a real help. The first pair I tried on were too narrow, so Peter recommended Merrell Moab 3. I've had them for about 10 days, walked about 80-90 miles and so far they've been great ( although I haven't got them wet yet as we haven't had any rain). However, the customer service from Peter was exactly what I want.

Firstly, our shop assistant, Maleema, helping us with finding suitable hiking boots, was exceptional. I have to say, although it may sound a bit extreme, that she was the best shop assistant I have ever met ; knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly !
In addition we purchased some great Peter Storm boots and were given a substantial discount

Super helpful staff, friendly and easy experience

Peter provided excellent customer service as he walked us through what fishing equipment we would need to start out and even went above and beyond to give us his tips and trips when fishing. This was extremely helping for myself and my partner who are completely new to fishing!

We came Into the Poole Branch for a Roof Tent not really 💯 sure of which type we wanted and all the other bits to go with it. We went out with exactly the one we needed plus roof bars,a liner and a light. We were also pointed to a set of 3 piece window blinds for our T4 Van. Abi,Brad and Jensen could not have been more helpful. Way to go Poole Branch!

Rebecca knew immediately where the Sock Cord was kept (in a drawer), not in sight on the shop floor. Between her and Xavier, the cord was cut, carefully secured in a tidy bundle, and paid for, in not more than 10 minutes. Brilliant!

I went into the store and was served for a pair of shoes by Jake. He was very understanding of what i wanted and needed out of a shoe. I left with his excellent recommendation. The till staff are very polite and efficient too. Great store!
