Great customer service from Peter who was helping me to decide which walking boots were the best for me. I do a lot of hiking and got coming a hiking race next month. I needed a good pair of boots that doesn’t give me blisters and pain in my calf. Peter showed me 3 different shoes, explained the difference, tried them on and with all his knowledge, I bought my new pair of walking boots.
Very happy with my purchase and his customer service. Thanks Peter.

Friendly young man answered my questions.
BTW they stock a very wide range of mainly local regions' OS maps.

I visited Go Outdoors Poole today to look for a hillwalking raincoat, a pair of good quality boots, and a rucksack. I was able to buy all three items and was served by several helpful and knowledgeable staff members. I was particularly pleased that Quinn was able to find me a suitable raincoat, and that Wiktor sorted out our store membership.

After having a horrendous time with go outdoors customer service,we called into Poole go outdoors shop Andy A was amazing and sorted out all our problems, Andy went above and beyond to sort a new Jacket for my wife so thank you Andy,then when we got to the tills Rebecca had already been informed by Andy of all the problem's we had with customer service,once again she went above and beyond to sort out the gift card we had and a 10% code she sorted it all out and we left the store very happy so a massive thank you,go outdoors management need to take notice this is what customer service is all about not like the customer service you get on the end of a phone,wish I had a go outdoors near me so luckily we called into Poole while on holiday once again thank you

From the moment we entered the store to see if we could exchange a pair of walking boots for a larger size, Rebecca was extremely helpful telling us where in the store we needed to go. Peter sorted out the right size of boot for me in my preferred Berghaus brand and made sure it fitted properly. Rebecca also helped us again at the end in getting a refund on the initial pair of boots, which we had purchased on-line. Would definitely go there again.

My children and I were served by Haleema a few weeks ago. She was ever so friendly and extremely happy to help us find the perfect walking shoes for my children. We even had a chat about life in general. She’s a credit to Go Outdoors.

I was able to purchase a great rucksack for my forthcoming holiday trip, although unfortunately the walking shoes I was looking for were unavailable and out of stock in my size, as well as my alternative choice.
Helpful and friendly store staff and good customer service. Will return again with better luck next time.

If I could give 6 stars I would, the guys in store were the most helpful and useful people we could've encountered. Helped me make a decision without being pushy towards anything in apeticular but more informative on what catered us.
Dave and Rebecca were our helpers and to leave a shop feeling great with what we'd purchased was solely on them! I probably would've gone for the more expensive one under the assumption that more money = better but with the help of these two we settled on the right sized tent with the right things we needed for our family! I will always shop with go outdoors knowing I get incredible treatment like I did today.
