I had to visit the store whilst on holiday as my walking boots sprung a leak!
I was helped by Tyler who listened to what I needed and suggested a great lightweight and waterproof boot that was in my price range.
I managed my walk up Snowdon the next day with ease.
A great little shop with a good choice of everything and you can take your dog in with you 😊

Went in to store to see if it was possible to exchange a faulty wind break which we had purchased at the Wigan branch 2 weeks prior to coming on holiday one of the steel tips had come off the end of the pole James was magnificent dealt with it straight away and exchanged it under warranty nothing was to problematic and was dealt with professionally and also thanks to Tyler who processed the paperwork thanks again

Outstanding help from Phil the manager today. He not only showed a wealth of knowledge regarding the camping stove accessories, he went above and beyond to show us how everything fitted together so that we bought the correct item. Unfortunately, we are not from this area, or we’d 100% be back.

Disappointed in choice in the women's section, colours were drab so bought a small jumper in men's as much better choice of colours and styles

Excellent service from Ryan (I think, I lost the piece of paper I wrote his name on) I wanted some new gear for an upcoming camping trip. He gave great advice, recommendations and wasn't at all pushy. He knew his stuff and it was a very pleasurable shopping experience, quite rare in today's shops. I will return. Thank you.
