Great customer service from Alfie
We called into the Porthmadog store last week because my elderly Mother in Law had forgotten to bring her walking stick on holiday. In the store we met a member of staff, Alfie who helped us find a stick, showed us how to use it and made it the right height for her and it only cost £10! Great service, Alfie is a credit to you.

I thought the price was really…
I thought the price was really expensive and labelling on the shelf not clear. Including discount product was much dearer than in other stores but too embarrassed not to purchase the product.

I was buying an air tent
I was buying an air tent. At the store I was greeted and immediately helped.
After one question, Gareth was called and he, not only gave me all the information I wanted, but even suggested an alternative. I bought the alternative.. a Rydal Air 400 tent.
The service was second to none.. excellent.

Gareth was so helpful today. Got us a piece of equipment we desperately needed in order to camp.
The product was out of stock on the front shop but he managed to get his hands on what we needed. Gave great advice on some kit that we also brought for our trip. Super friendly, chatty and really helpful. Second time he’s saved us in 18 months!
