I nipped in for some last minute shopping before going camping. Spencer, Megan and Harriet were fantastic in helping me get some last minute storage and furniture. They were also insightful with a new gas stove i wanted to buy and helping me bag a bargin.

Tom helped me today, showing me a deal on tents and camping accessories. He saw the stuff I was looking at and insisted on coming over and telling me about a deal that ended up saving me £50. He showed me where each specific item was too, I'm very grateful for the fantastic service!

Went to the Pudsey store with my nearly 13 yr old son and was served by Mark Huckle. What an experience!! Mark was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and very patient, he asked my son lots of questions and guided us on what type of equipment to buy for fishing. We spent a good thirty minutes with Mark who helped put the new line on the spool, lots of helpful tips and advice. Mark really did make our visit pain free and we’ll certainly be looking for him on our next visit. Mark mentioned he had been at the store for two weeks so fairly new, well we think he is a great addition to your team and you’re lucky to have him. Thank you Mark and see you again no doubt ☺️🤞🏻

What a fantastic service we received today. I’d taken a broken tent pole in to the Pudsey store and was stood wondering which replacement might do. John (from tents) came over and said ‘give me ten minutes’ and came back with to my own pole fixed! And better still, it was free of charge! Can’t say better than that.

Excellent service from Tony today. It took me at least 45 minutes to pick a pair of size 12 shoes but he was helpful the whole time. The Pudsey Store is great.

Visited Leeds & Wakefield Go Outdoors to get a roof box, both stores had no stock but advised Pudsey branch had 2 in stock. I asked if this could be reserved to collect, 30 minutes after leaving Wakefield we arrived at pudsey to get the roof box. Staff were very friendly and even asked if we would like this unboxing to get it in the car, unpacked and loaded into the car within 10 minutes and on our way home. Would highly recommend pudsey go outdoors. Prices are unbeatable!!!

came in to sort out my evri parcels as usual. Will behind the till was extremely helpful given how busy it was, and the fact that he was by himself.
Before serving me Will dealt with a difficult customer, although the customer was agitated he dealt with it showing the upmost patience and confidence. Props to Will.

Popped into Go Outdoors on Thursday night with a friend to get her some new walking boots. We were struggling to find a pair that fit but got some absolutely fantastic help from Kev who was so knowledgeable and helpful, and with his guidance we did find a pair that worked! We also got some help from Pedro who was lovely and also really knowledgeable. Had a great experience and I'll be back soon for a new pair for myself

Came in looking for advice on some bits I was looking at online and Oscar was with me every step of the way. All the products they had we them found quickly and the ones they didn’t have we helped locate at other stores. Even searched with other staff members to find a sleeping mat I was interested in. Even if they couldn’t find it I appreciate the time and effort they put in. 10/10 customer service

Same brands considerably cheaper elsewhere or on line

Great service in store today, Staff member Will was very helpful when using the Evri post service, well mannered and nothing was an issue when asking for assistance, a great member of the Go Outdoors Team at the Pudsey Store

I recently went to the Go Outdoor depo in pudsey, to collect a click & collect order.
As I got to the desk, I was stood waiting for 10 minutes before a staff member acknowledged me. The young lad then struggled for another 10 minutes trying to figure out how to deal with my order and also to even find it.
After it was finally sorted, he just threw it on the counter, with it not even in a bag or wrapping of any kind. I then asked for a bag and said he didn’t have one so I had to go pay for one on the main tills.
Absolutely rubbish service!
More training to staff required at this store, plus less bad attitudes
