Amazing staff members!
I attended the store today with my mum in hopes of finding some walking boots/shoes to dog walk in. We were greeted and served by Kevin.
Kevin asked what I was after and took his time to talk me through all the options. The store was really busy but he didn’t rush me at all!
I tried on a few pairs of boots on in my size and he even showed me a new way to tie the boots more effectively!
I can’t thank him enough and i absolutely recommend him!

Amazing service from Nathan today while choosing, purchasing and tailoring a new bike for my preteen daughter. He made her day, thank you! Wonderful store and great range of products. Always come here first for bikes as the no pressure approach and expertise balance is a god send!

Shoe and boot department service
I went to the Pudsey store for a pair of walking shoes. I was served by Stuart in the shoe department.
I am 79 years old and therefore have had hundreds of pairs of shoes in my lifetime.
Stuart went beyond giving advice. I have never known a person take so much time and give sound advice with regards to shoe choice. The best service I have received ever!

Go Outdoors Pudsey Leeds
We visited the store in Pudsey last Saturday ( 6th June) . The staff could not have been more helpful. A colleague called Kevin helped us and he was very knowledgeable, helped us very much and had such a lovely , friendly approach with the children. I will be visiting this store again absolutely!
