Visited the shop to buy a new pair of waking shoes. The staff were really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I saw the item cheaper on the web and Amy was on hand to advise on the criteria and do all she could to assist. Managed to get over £30 off with price match, so pleased!

Great customer service at Pudsey
We went to the Pudsey branch today for some last minute holiday items. All the staff were really helpful and a special shout out to Amy B who was really friendly on the tills and gave our whippet some biscuits (making him a very happy boy).

Speed of delivery.
Unfortunately the store I use didn't have the correct size of the fleece I wanted, so I ordered it online to be delivered to store. It arrived in the afternoon of the same day, all the staff I dealt with in store were super friendly and helpful. Overall, brilliant.

Poor phone service
Our scouts and guides have bought many items from go outdoors but trying to get through to the Pudsey store by phone is almost impossible… very frustrating!!!
We want to buy 6 or 7 Berghaus Air shelters but just want to see one up to be sure it’s suitable… We may do better at Blacks!! Very poor. And finally on the 5th attempt I got through. Then they were helpful

Excellent service at Pudsey
Went to Pudsey store to buy some walking boots, was served by Kevin, utterly lovely, very professional in fact he showed me how to tie my boot laces, you may laugh but I was torn between two pairs of boots, he then showed me how tying the laces correctly can make such a difference in terms of comfort.
He was knowledgeable & I was really lucky to have him serve me.
If you need boots, Go Outdoors is the place, you need see & try them on.
If you go to Pudsey do ask for Kevin he knows his Scarpa from his Peter Storm😉
