GO Outdoors - Reading (Express) Reviews 

On my visit to the Reading shop today I found the staff extremely helpful. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and were able to order me the size of crop trousers they didn't have in store but could deliver to my home. I was satisfied that the £5 Go Outdoors membership was a good deal and took up on this. I mentioned that the ladies Peter Storm walking trousers were limited to dark colours black and navy and was disappointed that they didn't come in neutral colours which would be more appropriate for the summer. This was agreed but someone needs to know at Head Office (buyers dept). All in all a great experience. Thank you Judy

I went to GoOutdoors to buy a sleeping bag as was my first time camping. Luciana was very kind and patient with me, explaining me everything I needed to make the right choice. She was right there if I needed extra help but also gave me space and time to think and made me feel very comfortable. She cheered my day and I'm very happy with my purchase! I wish all the stores would have this attention and dedication with the client!

Last Saturday, my teenage son and I were served by Veronica, in Go Outdoors. She was so incredibly knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and kind, it was really fabulous. Veronica pointed out all the different aspects of the walking boots we were looking at and really helped my son make a good decision. Absolutely gold standard customer service - give that woman a raise!!

Visited the store in Reading and had first class service. Young man that served me was Ciaran. He was both polite and professional in helping me make a choice.

Looking for a new pair of walking boots, I recieved outstanding customer service from Ciaran. He asked a number of relevant questions to ensure that I chose a suitable pair, and showed no end of patience as a tested several pairs. He's undoubtedly a credit to the store.

The Reading branch has a good range of products available at various price points. Staff were helpful, notably Ciaran at front of house, and the items I requested to try appeared quickly from the store room. The loyalty club programme saved me some money as well! The only downside is that they don't stock half sizes of shoes in store.

Visited on June 28th. Veronica and staff helpful and enthusiastic. Had the sandals and shorts I was looking for, at much better prices than elswhere. A pleasant experience all round.

Faizan very politely asked if I wanted to take a GoOutdoors card explaining the benefits and then quickly enrolling me, giving immediate savings. Faizan was friendly and it was a pleasure to meet him.

It was amazing. Luciana was incredibly helpful and picked out the perfect equipment for my Duke of Edinburgh expedition. I will certainly be coming here for all of my outdoor kit from now on

Luciana was absolutely fantastic in helping my daughter select her DoE kit. Really great advice on the right upgrades where they made long term sense. Highly recommended.
