Great Knowledge and Great Customer Service.
I was browsing on the upper floor hoping to find some reproofer.
The shop colleague,Laura, went out of her way to find me and ask if I needed assistance. When I said I wanted fabsil she pointed me in the right direction. She then politely asked what it was for I explained what I was doing with it, then she asked me a few further questions then politely suggested a product that would do a much better job. Excellent customer service getting on to the end of the day. Thank you Laura from the Shrewsbury Express Store.

Laura served me today very helpful. Lilly I seen the day before just looking at the boots. She gave me very helpful information as I do have problems with my feet. It was very much appreciated. It was the quickest I have ever sorted a pair of boots for myself. Thanks to them both.

I spoke to Laura and Chris (and, prior to my visit, Kelly, by phone). They are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Laura gave me my Leader Discount and a £5 on £10 minimum spend, discount voucher, to be used by 31st May. Laura is always cheerful and helpful.
