GO Outdoors - Shrewsbury (Express) Reviews 

I was very pleased with the boots I purchased at Go Outdoors in Shrewsbury on the 1st May ( more importantly so was my wife with her new boots).
We received excellent expert advice from Laura who took time and great care to ensure that we bought the best boots that suited our needs and that they fitted properly.I was undecided between a size 8 and 9 but after trials on the ramp at Laura’s suggestion I opted for the larger size which fit perfectly.
Well done Laura and many thanks from us both.

The staff at Shrewsbury Express Kris and Lilly were very helpful and friendly. They advised me about the different waterproofing levels and treatment methods for my walking shoes to keep them at their best. I am very happy to recommend the store and will continue shopping at GO Outdoors.

Popped in to ask a few questions and to get help making my mind up with which tent was for me. What started off as a few questions ended up with me leaving with a new tent in hand. The professionalism and knowledge of the chap who served me was second to none, he answered all my questions at ease, even made me think of a few things that I hadn’t thought of. I highly, highly recommend and won’t hesitate to buy from here again,

Visited your branch in Shrewsbury. The assistant in the footwear department was very helpful & polite. He took me downstairs to complete my sale & even renewed my discount card with no fuss at all. Pleased with my purchase & I had a very positive experience. Thank you.

Imy wife and I went into GO outdoors in the center of Shrewsbury with the vague interest in replacing our walking shoes. The shop assistant Ed introduced himself and said could he help at first I said no it was once we had found some shoes that might be of interest we started to talk to him. He was very knowledgeable very helpful and not pushing to make a sale in any way in the end of my wife and I both bought shoes and we're very pleased with the level of customer service that he gave.

I needed advice and help in buying a pair of ladies walking boots for my hiking trip to Nepal last November.
Ian at the Shrewsbury branch patiently helped me try on various brands and models as well as various sizes for the perfect fit. They needed to be waterproof with a good grip on mountainous terrain.
In the end we decided on Merrill boots which had to be ordered. They were perfect and ticked all the boxes, perfect fit, waterproof, comfortable and a good grip and a good price.
