Visiting your store today Laura was very helpful & couldn't have done more for me. I had tried on a pair of Brasher zip off trousers on Saturday & returned to buy them sadly the size I wanted had been sold & there were no more. Laura checked other stores & looked how long an order to home would take. She even phoned the local Blacks store to check their stock.
After looking with her again she found the same trousers(I had seen them & thought they were cut offs) but without the zip off bottoms which I was more than happy to have.
So a very happy customer!

Helpful salesperson Kris steered me towards a choice of walking shoes within my price range and then explained the Member’s Club benefits to me. Shoes were discounted heavily and then on setting up the Club Card (£5 cost) cashier Laura told me of further discounts for National Trusts members. Total reduction was £45 even with £5 membership. Well done.

Elin was very professional, friendly and polite, helped me find a great pair of walking shoes. Thank you.

Visited the Shrewsbury store looking for a coat suitable for Switzerland and colder weather and snow. Kelly helped me , sorted my Go Outdoor coat and served me with my purchase. Made my experience to store a good one, I'm not a slim size so felt conscious going in, but was made to feel welcome and helped to find the right jacket. Thank you Kelly . X

Looking for a new pair of walking boots, I have to say Ed was exceptionally helpful and willing to spend the time to fully understand exactly what I was after and really needed.
Further assisted by Kelly and Will at the till, in the end my wife and I both ended up buying great value and comfortable walking boots.

The staff in this town-centre (Shrewsbury) shop give off a welcoming atmosphere, the store is well laid out, and in the footwear and boot section DAN was helpful, gave good advice and pointers, and didn't try to push a particular sale on me.

I went in to buy a camping kettle and look for some walking shoes. Elin served me and she couldn’t be more helpful. She explained what was available, how the sizes worked and if they didn’t have the size, they could get them in for me. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Chris also gets the thumbs up on the till.

Hang on a minute...£100 off a £140 down jacket? What a great deal! So I paid my £5 to become a "member" and handed over the £40! Just as importantly, the staff were great, not pushy or in your face but polite and extremely helpful, particularly Kris, Laura and a young man who was really informative about camping gear upstairs. They're simply a credit to the company.
