There are bargains to be had!!
So pleased we got a membership card, the £5 it cost has more than paid for itself with the savings we have made. The new store in Skipton has taken over from a company that sold similar goods, but this is so much better, for choice, quality and value for money. We, and our family, will definitely be going back there and highly recommend this GO Outdoors store.

Miranda was very helpful, providing good advice on the strengths and weaknesses of certain brands of walking boot. Fantastic customer service from Alfie
Fantastic customer service from Alfie. He was really helpful and went out of his way to help my son when he was looking for the right whittling knife. I had a problem with my Go Outdoor card too, their till wouldn't recognise it and I was worried I wouldn't be able to claim my members discount but Alfie made sure I got a new card and checked it worked. A really positive experience. Thank you Alfie!

Great service
As someone with sensory issues which make buying new clothes or shoes incredibly distressing I was blown away by the help and understanding I got from Emily at Skipton. She went through so so many pairs of boots for me, often checking the insides for seams or fabrics that most people would have no problem with, but would have made me need to leave the shop.
We eventually found a pair that I’ve brought home to try, and whilst I have to take them back as there’s one seam I cannot tolerate, I’ve never had such great service
