I had faulty zip on my Berghaus over…
I had faulty zip on my Berghaus over trousers. ther was no issue with a replacement. Only problem was my Go Outdoor account did not have the purchase registered. On checking my current accounht I was able to prove I had in fact purchased the trousers in July 2025. I was able to then get a replacement pair of trousers. I was very satisfied withn the service in Southport.

Second visit to this store this week after buying waterproof shoes and trousers and helped enormously by Sam on Sunday.
Bought winter walking trousers today, again helpful and knowledgeable staff, unlike my local store back home.

New walking Shoes
Purchasing our new walking shoes was made easy by Will. We have made a trip to store once before where he gave us lots of information about what was suitable for our needs but we made no purchase at that time. STAFF HELPFUL, COAT EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY
Staff were very helpful in helping me find a waterproof coat. The coat I chose was only £75 and superb value for money. My size was not available, so was ordered. Used click and collect and coat arrived at Southport store in 4 days.

A perfect fit.
Lorna the saleslady understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me the item of clothing right away. I picked the colour and tried it on. it was a perfect fit . We had a friendly chat too and that was nice.

We were served by Sam who was attentive, helpful and considerate in guiding me/us regarding walking boots.
The Southport store had a good selection of women’s walking boots, at affordable prices. I needed to make a last minute purchase and was surprised to find some leather boots which were comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff member was knowledgeable, considerate and responsive to our needs.
