Spent ages trying on and making a decision about which waterproof jacket to buy for a forthcoming walking holiday. Assistant called Ben was very Knowledgeable about the products and very patient as I tried to make a decision. I left the shop confident with my choice.

Rory was amazing, I came in with my mum and bought some walking boots on 22/03/25, it had been a long while since needing walking boots. He asked what type of walking/hiking I’ll be doing and then advised which boots are best for that type of walking/hiking. He ensured I got the correct size and showed me how to tie boots properly to ensure fitted correctly, Rory explained how they should feel to ensure no blisters. I had to try about 5 pairs of boots and a couple of different sizes in a few, finally found a pair that were a great fit and comfortable.
Boots tried a tested on recent holiday to the lakes and I can say no blisters and happy healthy feet. Thank you Rory for you patience with me, you went above and beyond to help, I very much appreciated your expertise and help.

Was greeted with a friendly smile as I walked in and was helped through my purchase with professionalism and courtesy. A great help in my decision to increase the size of my rucksack. Excellent service from start to finish. Lorna & Will are an asset to your company. Will be back.

I went into Southport branch to browse walking shoes, with very specific ideas about what I wanted. It was a really great suprise to find the exact shoes, thanks to the help of Ben. There's no hard sell, Ben listened and understood exactly what I wanted and gave great advice on size. He also recommended inserts, their own brand and for me, they are a game changer. Walked a few miles in the shoes already, love them. Thank you Ben!

Rory was so helpful (and patient) as I’m a tricky customer for walking shoes due to having narrow feet. Very friendly and welcoming, and gave great advice on how best to fasten the boots.

I got a leaflet with an offer for walking boots, so I went to my closest store and Will helped me to find the right ones and the right colour even though I changed m mind several times.

Popped in to see the latest sales offers - excellent service from Lorna who remembered me from a previous visit over a month ago and was able to point me to the items I was interested in on my last visit which were on sale. Excellent value for money on the soft shell trousers - great quality items, very comfortable

I had attempted to make an online purchase but had only reserved, rather than ordered and fully checked out online. When I called into store, Steven helped me order the item correctly to be delivered to store. He made the whole process really fast and easy, when I went in to collect my order the following week he remembered me and retrieved my item from the store room. Great personal service and a really knowledgeable team.
