Great help with a lot of firsts
First time joining Go outdoors, first on-line order, peculiarities of wet suit sizing. Ste and Lorna at Southport store were brilliant at helping me navigate all of that and apply my discount card. Great people great service off to try out the suit.....

Rory at Southport Go Outdoors
I purchased a perfect pair of walking boots from Rory in Go Outdoors the Southport branch. He was extremely helpful kind & generous with his time as I had never bought walking boots before so had little knowledge of what I was looking for and what would be best for me. But he asked lots of questions and he brought me the best ones for me. Since then I’ve been on lots of walks & they are now fully broken in and I confess they are the most comfortable set of footwear I own. Went in to buy a new pair of walking shoes as the old pair had started to leak. I was served by Lorna who found me the shoes I wanted . Her advice re sizing and care was brilliant. The whole visit took less than 15 minutes.

Great place to shop for D of E
Been into the store in Southport half a dozen times over the last few months to get equipment for my son's D of E expeditions. The staff are always helpful and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to spend time explaining their range of equipment. Sam and Ben were great, very patient and helped me make correct decisions from their huge stock choices. We got everything we needed.

I have visited GoOutdoors in Southport due to me needing a backpack and a jacket for hiking. Ben was absolutely amazing at giving an expert advise on which waterproof jacket to go for.
