Great customer service
I came in 3 times across 2 weeks, looking for a specific tent thats always selling out quick. The staff were always really polite and helpful, and finally today it was in stock! Thanks Alan!

Great Customer Service - would definitely shop here again
Great customer service. Alan and the team were very helpful when it came to finding the correct size for a fleece hoody. Also, Alan was very funny and there was some great banter.

Helpful staff
Alan and the store staff were understanding of my requirements and provided helpful advice. My old and trusty backpack clamp had broken a day before our trek. We rushed over to find a replacement to the nearest GoOutdoors on a Sunday. My new backpack has proven to be reliable and comfortable.

Great time finding the right bag
