Such great staff in this helpful retailer who are genuinely enthusiastic to help you find what you’re looking for . Very impressed by Go Outdoors. Staff were very helpful. They didn't stock the trainer I was looking for, but after discussion with Tim he suggested I try a Goretex shoe 1.5 sizes bigger than my usual. And it worked a treat. Very comfy shoes and an excellent in-store experience.

Evie saved my feet (and my holiday)!
Shout out to Evie for being so knowledgeable and helpful! I went into the store desperate for new footwear in the middle of an overseas trip, and she knew exactly what I needed to stay comfortable walking around all day. She was so patient while I tried some different options and I was really grateful for her product knowledge and general expertise. Everyone in the store was friendly, and the prices were really reasonable. I’ll recommend the store if ever I have friends in London in need of shoes!

Great customer service
Review is for Gavin, who is an absolute legend. I didn't expect to get such great customer service at a large chain. I only went in to buy a cheap hat on a cold day. Found myself browsing the walking boots on offer. Gavin took a break from hoovering to pop over, gave great advice, really thoughtful and helpful and not at all sales-y. Guided me to a pair of boots I am very happy with. Evie on the till was also really helpful.
