I needed a pair of hiking boots quickly…
I needed a pair of hiking boots quickly and phoned St Paul's branch as they showed a last pair iny size. Both Gavin and Evie confirmed the pair was there and reserved for me. Being the customer on the phone I felt that nothing was too much trouble for them and I was very pleased with both their efforts! Additionally,y wife has purchased from this branch before and she said the team at St Paul's are very helpful each time she has been in. Thank you again Gavin and Evie for doing your utmost for me on this occasion!

Well stocked store with friendly staff

Gavin, what a gentlemen he is. Incredibly knowledgeable and keen to share experience of kit from his own run in with it. Great selection although the store is smaller than other go outdoors, there was still a brilliant selection. City folk who are keen to hit the hills or are planning a high adventure. This is your place.

Evie was an absolute delight! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect shoe for my coworker. She took her time to explore various options, tried on different sizes, and even recommended other types of shoes that might be a better fit. 10/10 store and workers
I had an amazing experience and will be back! I have come in store a couple times, I have been served my a man (perhaps manager? He seemed in charge) and I bought a tent and camping gear with his help and expertise. Not too long later I was helped my Tim, Alam, and Evie to buy some hiking shoes (with a handover). Everyone was very professional and friendly. Evie was amazing and Alan helped with the fitting. All in all 10/10 experience I’ll be back 😇
