Incredible in-store Staff
Honestly this could have very easily been a 3 star rating if it wasn’t for the outstanding staff that they have working at this St Paul’s store. I ordered online for collection and received an email it had been delivered, went to go pick up in person and only half the order was there. The staff were so apologetic and mentioned that often the items are packaged separately from different warehouses/stores (which makes sense but wasn’t super clear in the email comms). Joel, Gavin and Evie went above and beyond to help me and were so kind and polite that I forgot all about the dodgy operational mishap. I ended up having to visit the store twice to collect my whole order but to be honest it wasn’t a problem at all for me knowing how great the staff are.

Well fitting new boots
Went in to buy some new waking boots and was greatly assisted by Gavin who took the time to measure my feet properly so I had a great fit. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a pair of boots which fit well and also purchased two new pairs of Bridgedale socks which are very comfortable.

Hiking shoes
I went in on Friday to get some gear for my hiking trip and Uzaifa was incredibly helpful. He showed exactly which shoes would be the most comfortable and fitted to the environment. Such a lovely experience!
