great experience at the St Paul's shop
I had a great experience at the St Paul’s shop. Evie, Alan and Tim were incredibly helpful while I was choosing a rucksack for my daughter’s DofE expedition. They took the time to explain the different options, made sure the fit was right, and gave really practical advice based on the type of expedition my daughter is doing. Their knowledge and patience made the whole process so much easier.

The best customer service I’ve had.
I took my mum in who has issues with sizing on shoes, to try and find a suitable fit. I was met by the most amazing Gavin who is so knowledgeable and put my mum at ease. I’m so impressed and can not remember the last time I had customer service like it. He was nothing short of patient and brilliant.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff
Dropped in as I was passing St. Paul's and remembered I needed a new pair of walking boots before a holiday in a few weeks.
They didn't have the wide fitting I needed within my budget, but Gavin was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Sean and Evie were fantastic
I was heading out camping last weekend and needed boots and waterproofs and Sean and Evie from the St Paul's branch were so so helpful. Sean popped down when the downstairs section was closed as I'd arrived after work. Evie helped me find other kit and I was able to walk out the store in new boots which served me well last weekend in wet conditions.
