Joel was an absolute diamond today both on the telephone and when I later went into the store. He helped to find the exact items we needed, talked us through things over the phone and then was so friendly and pleasant when I went to collect my items. I went in to try some hiking shoes on, and with the help of Gavin, I was able to find the right size for me. He was super friendly and patient, he explained how the shoe should fit and how it should be tied properly. Thank you!

Also it’s a remarkable thing to find these days, but people still invested in the business, a real engagement in customers and a great overall knowledge of what they are selling. I always try and seek out both Gavin and Evie (hope I’ve spelt that correctly) both super people. Thoroughly recommend!
