Try different size sandals.
We had to wait then find a person to serve us, however when we found the person he was very helpful and gave us the opportunity to try different sizes and the size 8 were perfect.

Let down
I visited the store and they didn't have the sizes needed. That was OK I ordered on line and was impressed how quickly they had the items for collection, the next day.
I went to collect and they couldn't find the items. I showed the email and was told to ring customer service. No I've been to store twice now, shouldn't you find out what went wrong??
The answer I got from customer service was they are at the manchester store. Would you like to collect them for then or have a refund?
