GO Outdoors - Stockton Reviews 

I have visited go outdoors, Stockton several times over the last couple of months for various reasons. The two most recent have been to look at walking boots and running trainers, both times I have dealt with a member of staff called Jay, who works on footwear. I have to say Jay or Jason, has been brilliant and a shining example of true customer service, a real credit to the company. He is knowledgeable and really knows his stuff when it comes to footwear. He very helpful, patient and has a real interest in helping customers find exactly what they are looking for.

Both VIKKI and HELEN were amazing in helping us find as well as sort out what we needed today. Great staff

Rob was brilliant and helped me with some extras for my Hi-gear Lavvu tent. Very helpful, highly recommended.

Excellent customer service today from Rob at Stockton. We needed some replacement poles for some older oex tents which are discontinued. Rob managed to find some replacement poles in the warehouse that will cut to size. He donated these to our DofE group free of charge. Top bloke going the extra mile.

Rebecca was a absolute star polite and very knowledgeable about our items 👏👏

Collected a pair of walking shoes from online purchase but had to return as they'd sent two different size shoe. No issue with returns and purchased an alternative pair in store. Picked up a bargain, half price ladies barbour jacket on my way out. Very happy 😊

Great customer service, gentleman helped my wife with some new boots, was very knowledgeable with her needs.
Then we went to see Hollie at the Stockton branch at the checkouts, nice to see young people so polite and helpful thanks Hollie.

Ordered item and asked to collect from store and i was told id receive an email once it had arrived. Still awaiting email and when i have checked my account its still in transport. I went into the branch and the staff were less then helpful. It is really frustrating so i ordered from millets instead got it within 3 working days. So if my order ever arrives i will be asking for a refund

I went to Go Outdoors Stockton today to purchase a self inflating sleeping mat. I asked an assistant, Katherine for help and she was very good at advising on the use and self inflating system used for the mats. I ended up getting a better matress and slightly more expensivethan I intended, due to her advise. I was then served at the till by Holly who sorted out the pricing. All in all I got ehat I wanted, got really good advice and just lovely service from the 2 girls. Well done Katherine and Holly and thankyou for making my shop easy

Claire on the tills was great. Lovely lass. Store is well kept and nicely laid out.

Went in for a she-wee and a tent, young boy called louie on the till was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products, couldn’t have been friendlier if he tried.

The store at Stockton is a shambles- poorly organised in some sections , poorly signposted , some staff had poor attitude to customers , some product types and brands seemed scattered randomly whereas other brand’s products were largely displayed together . Athletics /gym kit seemed very limited .
Parcel pick up went well once Id found it

Claire was lovely today! I had to do a quick juggle with my bank accounts and she didn’t make me feel bad… efficiently switched to the next tool so no one was kept waiting and gave me time to sort myself out. She made it seem so effortless! That’s someone who is good at what she does!

Went to Stockton Go Outdoors today and Rebecca who served us today did a fantastic job. She showed my 10 yr old how to tie his walking boots so they were nice and snug around his ankles. Also took time to speak to him to make sure that the boots were the right fit.
Rebecca had great customer service.
