Great service from Tom, will definitely come again

Just been in and served by Tom. Really helpful in trying to sort an issue with our Go Outdoors card.

I had a fantastic experience at the Go outdoors Stoke branch, in search for a bike. Kyle made sure that no question was too much trouble and had my bike sorted within the day! This is rare as other bike shops would have me waiting a few days until collection.

Got everything I needed. Tom on the till was really helpful and friendly

Went into Soke branch for a icebox, went upstairs to look at tents Nathan approached us and asked if we needed any help,he was absolutely brilliant gave us very good advise with us never been camping before we bought a Berghaus adhara air 500 ,plus a beghaus tent carpet, tent footprint, didn't have the canopy but will be returning for this, Nathan was very professional, informative, made our visit worthwhile, oh and bought a coolbox

Brought a Berghaus 600XL tent. Tent is fantastic, was a small issue but the customer service at Go Outdoors Hanley was incredible. Old skool customer service, looking for solutions and ways to help the situation rather than creating barriers. Things can go wrong, that’s life, the important thing is how issues are resolved and this is the reason for my review. Went above and beyond to help. Special shout out to Harry and also his manager Jo. Both gave service with a smile, bit of banter and most importantly resolved my issue perfectly. Thanks again.

Nothing felt like too much trouble. He answered all of our questions honestly, explained the differences between the options without any pressure to buy, and went above and beyond to make sure we left with everything we needed. His advice gave us real confidence in our purchase.

Item I wanted was not on shelf. Assistant Katie D searched through a box and found the item, it was the last one available

Went to my local store to buy a metal detector set advertised, only to be told that the kits are not offered in store. I hate to order online, and prefer to spend my money at a local store, for a good shopping experience. Despite that, the man at the store was a keen enthusiast, so I appreciated his knowledge and advice. When you have staff that enthusiastic, surely you should support them with products they would love to sell. Sad to leave a two star for the store, when really its for the company, and not the local stores fault.

Harry served us and he was a credit to you. He made is feel very welcome and his caring nature shone through. He was extremely respectful and made our transaction a pleasure. I had to return to purchase another item (small tent) and I went directly to him. Thank you Harry. John Flanagan

Another successful visit today to top up on camping supplies. The staff were so knowledgeable as usual, especially Clare who we have dealt with before and is always friendly & helpful. 10/10 customer service and we are now really looking forward to using all the gear on our camping holiday.
