Hiking boots
I bought some hiking boots. I was served by Theresa who was patient and also knowledgeable about the range I was interested in. She was able to show me what to look for and how to use them correctly. Overall it was enjoyable and fun experience. When I left I was confident that I had exactly what I was looking for

Harry & Sam were absolutely brilliant
Harry & Sam were absolutely brilliant, they were so helpful when i came into store to purchase fishing equipment and bait for my son and for myself as a first time fisher !
They both took time to explain different options and shared lots of valuable tips !

Real store service
Poppin to look at their tents, thought we’d buy off the website as we didn’t want to lug in around all day.
In store offers aren’t available on the web do gave the store a call with it’s own published no. Chelsey and Jenny thank you for putting what we wanted to one side I’ve picked it up today.

From torn Wellies to new Boots!
I was approached quickly by ? a store manager, Jo who identified my reason for entering the store, she took me to the till where Jen, found the time of my item purchase, and the amount I had spent? As the goods were faulty, (wellington boots both split) I was asked to go and choose a new pair and bring them back to the till. Rory was the young man in shoe/boot department and was extremely pleasant and very helpful. With new boots in hand I returned to the till where Ben took the balance payment. Problem sorted, all the staff were fantastic 😊

The Staff and Service. I wanted a replacement waterproof jacket. Layout of store now has each one with brand stand. I did not have a brand in mind, but did have requirements such as external map/ phone pocket, length etc. Caitlin was on it. Excellent product knowledge. At the till Jenny helpfully asked if i had a Blue light which i do but hadnt thought to mention. Thank you

Great selection of outdoor gear
Great selection of outdoor gear. Went specifically for Altra trail shoes, Good choice and great to be able to try them on. Theresa was particularly helpful, bringing extra choices in my size. She was very friendly and chatty too. Found the perfect pair and they were in the sale too.
