Tom have a lot of good advice for boots
Tom was really helpful in advising which hiking boots might be better for me and I was there for 2 hours trying them all on so the poor guy did spend quite a lot of time getting me different boots(!). He also got me to register my car for the parking as he was aware I'd been there sometime which would have saved me a nasty shock.

Very helpfull
I called into the swansea store today to purchase a replacement pole for my vango tent. I was served by Cameron who was very helpfull, informative and polite, I got the pole I needed and made my way down to the tills where I was greeted by nicola who again was really polite. Great service around by both concerned definitely recommend this store as they have a great selection of products and well displayed.

10/10 Service
I popped into the store to drop off an EVRI return and the new label printer worked first time. Amanda was quick, friendly, and efficient. While I was there, I asked about an item I’d seen online—Sara was really helpful and grabbed it from the stockroom straight away. Amanda then served me again at the till and, once again, the service was excellent. 10/10 overall.

Very helpful employee
Went in to Go Outdoor Swansea today and an employee, whose name unfortunately I didn’t catch, went above and beyond. He was a middle aged man restocking the rucksacks who noticed me and my friend browsing.
He went out of his way to inform us of all different options and price ranges available to us and which were suited to different uses.
I chose one out and tested it with the weights available as well as some other options. And settled for one of his suggestions.
A class service from this gentleman.

Terrible refund experience
Ordered an item in two sizes as unsure of size. Go Outdoors took payment for both and then cancelled one of the sizes.
The one that arrived didn't fit. I took it back to my local store where they refused to refund it as it was bought online. Now I have to pay to post it back to them and have the inconvenience of going to a post office.
