Went for DofE clothing and equipment. Michelle at the Swindon store and Bill at the checkout were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Really kind and helpful.

Particular mention to our customer service received by Lewis! Our little one fell in the car park grazing his knees and he was there to help straight away with plasters. And was around to help us find all the gear we were looking for. All team very friendly and helpful, Thank you!

Went in to buy some new walking boots today and served by Darren - he was very helpful and endlessly patient, thank you.

Had our dog with us too and everyone was kind and friendly to her too - thanks for the treats!

I had a great shopping experience at Go Outdoors this past Bank Holiday Friday! My wife was meticulously choosing a new pair of expensive boots, and we were fortunate to be assisted by Darren. Despite being incredibly busy, he was friendly and considerate, making us feel valued and never rushed. His patience and attentiveness stood out, even as he juggled multiple customers. We're so grateful for his help and will definitely be returning. All staff also made our doggo feel welcomed at all times as well. Five stars all the way!

The store was easy to navigate, had a good selection of products (we were looking for rain gear and water proof shoes), and super friendly - and knowledgeable - staff. Special shout out to Sophia, whose service went above and beyond what one would expect. Thank you!

Lewis was great at helping us pick out our first ever pair of hiking boots! Went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect fit, and ran backwards and forwards without complaint to help us find th right pair. We really appreciate his help and can’t wait to try them out!

The two male staff members who helped my purchase Merrell Moab3 walking shoes yesterday were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was particularly impressed by the gentleman at the tills who clocked on at 1255 five minutes before he was due to start because he saw a small queue developing.

i came in not long ago to buy a bike, and Morgan was able to get it safety checked the same day and i picked it up the next day! 5 star customer service!
