Rob served me today and was exactly what you hope for with customer service, he answered all questions I had regarding dropshot fishing and was happy to give me advice, great experience

Fantastic service from all of the staff today. But Bella on the checkout particularly shone. Polite, helpful and chatty throughout.

Went to buy a bike for my son and the assistant Morgan talked to him and showed him the points of the Calibre Rail bike. Helped finish the bike and 40 mins later we were walking out. Brilliant service and advice.

We were served by a very helpful gentleman called Rob, who when I mentioned the items were for a DofE expedition this weekend, he told us that we could have a 10% discount. Brilliant 😊

We had such a brilliant experience at GO Outdoors thanks to Emma.

She started with a casual, friendly conversation and very quickly understood exactly what we needed. We were looking for shorts for our rather tall 11-year-old daughter, who is right between child and adult sizes and, as you can imagine, very particular about how things feel.

Before we knew it, Emma had found us armfuls of the right sizes, colours and styles, saving us so much legwork. She got us settled in a changing room and kept checking in, bringing over a few more options as we worked out what suited best.

Emma was honest, patient, humorous, warm and genuinely helpful. It turned what could have been a tricky shopping trip into a really positive and memorable experience. Great customer service is rare, but this was exactly that.

We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Emma!

This is an odd one to review. I found your online ordering very confusing. Numerous texts giving updates . Even an update from DHL and a photo showing my parcel on the rack som. Having never used this service before I didn’t understand that it wasn’t telling me that the package had arrived. Went into store to collect my package and was directed to the back of the store. The man on the collection desk was very helpful explaining that one part didn’t arrive and then said oh it had arrived now. Confusing for him and me. Anyway he was doing a great job until a stout stocky small man came along and was trying to micro manage him. The assistant helping me was doing a fine job and didn’t need this man sticking his nose in. I think you need to address your ordering system better and definitely need to address micro managers. Not a great look.
