I ordered and paid for two pairs of…
I ordered and paid for two pairs of Quadra Classic Shoes for pick up in store.
When I got to the store there was only one pair and I've still not got my refund for the second pair.
This is the second time that I've ordered two pairs of shoes and only had one picked.
If there's some sort of restriction on how many pairs you can buy online at any one time there was no indication as I was able to order two pairs and pay for them
I expect to receive my refund of £29.97 in the very near future given the delay between paying and collecting and now

From looking into this we can see that the selected collection location only had one pair of the shoes in stock and available for same-day collection. This is why the second pair were cancelled. Please accept my apologies for this.
A refund for the second pair of shoes has been issued and we kindly advise you to allow 3-5 working days for this to show in your account.

Air tents come with the cheap £8 pump. Not the one needed to inflate with psi reading.
Staff at Thurrock store need so much training it's unbelievable.

Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service. I renewed my GO Outdoors membership in store over two weeks ago. The store can see that my membership is active, but my online account still says I need to renew it, so I can't access member prices online. I've visited the store, called customer service, and sent messages, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. It's frustrating to pay for a membership that doesn't work properly online. I expected much better support.

Visited Go Outdoors in Lakeside Thurrock today looking for a waterproof jacket for my wife. We were very well looked after by Rhianna who went out of her way to assist us with our choice.
